There is nothing more FUN than a little healthy competition in the middle of the night!!
In this years, Kaiser Permanente Moonlight Classic we would like for you and your company, athletic club, and your university alumni to get together to join us in Denver’s largest rolling late night party.
Register in the Team Challenge and have more fun with your friends, and co-workers than you ever would during a normal workday!
The purpose of the Kaiser Permanente Moonlight Classic Team Challenge is to create a healthy, recreation event that builds pride, morale, and camaraderie among employees, companies and universities. Organizations compete with in divisions of Corporations, Athletic Clubs and University Alumni Associations!!
This is a great event for people of all ages - kids especially love to be out with their parents at midnight in downtown Denver. It is truly a unique experience for riders of all ages! This year we are expecting over 5,500 riders—so come join the fun!

GRAND PRIZE – 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP TO 24-HOUR FITNESS
(The team caption with the largest team, will receive 1-year membership to 24 Hour Fitness all club access * offer not valid for current members and must be at least 18 years old)
Two challenges for you and your friends, co-workers and college friends to compete in:
1. The MOON Cup:
The team from each of the three divisions (Corporate, Community Organization, Athletic Club) that has the most riders will keep the “Moon Cup” and have bragging rights until 2008.
2. The UNIVERSITY Cup:
We are asking University Alumni Associations in the Front Range to get a team together and compete for the University Cup. The team with the most team members and best school sprit will WIN the cup!
More Team Challenge Information
Date: Saturday, July 19th, 2008. Midnight to Sunrise!
Location: Colorado State Capitol, Downtown Denver, Colorado
Participants: 5,000 to 6,000 Insomniacs on Bikes
Courses: 8 & 15-Mile Loops through the City of Denver.
Team Captain
As the captain of your team, you will be responsible for recruiting employees and their families to participate in the 2008 Kaiser Permanente MOONLIGHT CLASSIC. We will provide you with everything you need, including posters and applications. In appreciation for all of your hard work, you will be rewarded:
10+ team members: $20 gift certificate to Bicycle Village
25+ team members: $50 gift certificate to Bicycle Village
50+ team members: $100 gift certificate to Bicycle Village
I00+ team members: $200 gift certificate to Bicycle Village

Free Party Tent
Teams that recruit at least 25 team members, riders can choose to have free party tents waiting for them. Use the tents as a team meeting place or go all out with a catered pre-ride party!
