Mail-in registration
All mail-in registrations must be postmarked by June 30th, 2010.
Riders who register through the Mail can choose to pick up their ride packets at several bike shops between July 7 and July 14 (by 5 pm) all participating bike shops - See Packet Pick-Up for details. Otherwise, you can just pick up your packet the night of the ride.

Online Registration - NOW OPEN!
Online registration closes on July 14th at midnight.
Riders who register online by June 30th can choose to pick up their ride packets at several bike shops between July 7 to July 14 (by 5 pm) all participating bike shops - See Packet Pick Up for details.
Riders who register online after June 30th, the only pick-up option is at the Night of the Ride at the Colorado State Capitol.
Online registration facts
Your credit card statement will reflect charges (including a 6.5% surcharge and processing fee) from active.com, not the Kaiser Permanente Moonlight Classic.
When registering online, you will be charged a 6.5% transaction fee.

Bike Shop Walk-In Registration / Packet Pick Up

All of the bike ships listed will also accept walk-in registration from July 7 to July 14 (by 5 p.m.).
Riders can pick up their T-shirt, bib, etc. at the participating shops when they register.

Late Registration
The Kaiser Permanente Moonlight Classic Registration Headquarters are at ALL BikeSource locations and the REI Flagship store in LoDo. They will continue to accept walk-in registration July 15 through Friday, July 16 until 2 p.m.

Ride Night Registration
Adults — $40
Seniors over 60 — $35
Children under 12 — $25
Ride-night registration will be held in front of the Colorado State Capitol from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night, July 17th.

Other Ride Details
The entire course will be closed to all automobile traffic. The re-designed 10-mile course will be filled with cyclists only! It will tour landmarks, new and old. Including, the Denver business district, Lower Downtown and the Cherry Creek shopping district. Participants are welcomed to do as many laps as time permits. All will seem very different by the light of the moon.
For Staying up all Night...
In addition to a wild night of prowling the city, each participant will receive:
• Shirt - a specially designed 100% cotton Kaiser Permanente Moonlight Classic T-shirt
• Breakfast - a ticket to the Irv Berlau Lunar Breakfast, presented by Santigo’s
• Food & Fun - great snacks and entertainment at the Midnight Snack Stops

• Prizes - an opportunity to win dozens of prizes!
*All riders will also receive a registration number that must be visible in order to ride! The number MUST be worn at all times. With the closed course, law enforcement will be authorized to remove unregistered riders from the course. Remember this is a fundraiser for Seniors Inc, and many low-income seniors in the Denver area!
