The mission of the InnovAge Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is to raise community awareness of and generate broad-based support for the programs of InnovAge, which honor the dignity and independence of aging individuals.

Proceeds from the InnovAge Moonlight Classic will support these programs:

InnovAge Johnson Adult Day Program – Adult day center dedicated to providing meaningful programs for individuals with memory loss and physical impairments.

InnovAge Home Care – In-home services and support allowing aging individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

InnovAge Greater Colorado PACE – Coordinated healthcare and day programs allowing individuals to live with dignity and independence in their community.
